About RJ Licata
I am a 20-year professional with over 15 years of marketing leadership experience in B2B professional services and technology, collegiate athletics, and small and mid-sized business growth.
Most recently, I spent 10 years as Head of Marketing at Terakeet, where I built the department from one hire (me!) to ten high-performing experts. I also played a key role in growing the company from $8M in annual revenue to over $70M.
Before that, I led the digital transformation for the football program at Syracuse University as Director of New Media and Web Strategy, launching their online and social media presence.
Now, I’m on a mission to bring what I’ve learned to the market more broadly, helping others solve big marketing problems strategically and efficiently.
When I’m not thinking about marketing, you can find me hanging out in Central New York with my family and exploring the best that life has to offer.
